eCommerce Tip #156: Negative Reviews Can Really Help You. Don’t Ignore Them
When showing reviews on a product page, don’t hide negative reviews. Consumers will trust an imperfect score of 4.75 better than a stellar 5.0.
Also, list plenty of reviews. Your users want to know that your business has an engaged following before making a purchase decision.
